Hiring Support and Performance System Design for an independent power producer
Bioenergy Infrastructure Group (BIG) is an independent power producer specialising in the biomass and waste to energy sector.
Our work with BIG involved executive team design (team structure, new role design (CFO and CCO), assessment and decision support) and designing and implementing a performance system. We supported the hiring of two senior leaders who were considered to be very successful, making significant contributions to the business.
The design and delivery of the new performance system involved helping the executive team agree the desired objectives of a performance system and designing a system customised to the desired culture and nature of the business. BIG’s customised performance system has allowed it to benefit from a more consistent and streamlined process encompassing goal-setting, learning, collaboration, development and accountability for results.
