Executive coaching for an executive at a AI/ML scaleup
Following a leadership due diligence exercise requested by one of its VC backers, the Seldon leadership team engaged Scalewell to provide development support to the executive leadership team and coaching to one of its executives.
Scalewell’s approach involved understanding the role and goals of the executive, getting their view on their strengths and areas of development, collecting data from previous and current colleagues, stakeholders and reports, providing feedback and coaching around agreed areas of development.
Both peers and direct reports have noted significant development of the executive which is enabling them to continue to realise their potential and potentially step up into even more senior roles in the future.
